Kingston, July 29, 2009

Our company’s recent progress in new technological developments, most notably our ability to connect in real-time to on-board computers of vehicles that provides among other features, the ability to monitor gas consumption and pollution emissions, our breakthrough advances in two-way communications with drivers, our continuing progress in real-time RFID identification of people, containers and bins that allows for instance instant tracking of children coming in and out of a school bus  and our seamless integration with routing, route optimization and dispatching software provide us with an advantage in bidding for large contracts with states, counties and municipalities throughout the US that come to market in part under the stimulus package.  We are currently bidding for thousands of accounts for the Fleet and People management needs of Ulster County, New York, Erie County, New York, the City of Port Arthur, Texas, the City of Everett, Washington, the Tacoma School District, Washington, the Department of Corrections for the State of Wisconsin, etc.

A new major project is the replication of a Waste Management and Recycling program that we implemented successfully in Europe with several large waste management companies.  The first step in that direction was taken with the City of Boston where we implemented a program of waste collection in real time associated with RFID identification of bins.  The second step involves a complete pilot with a NY State waste management company that involves in addition to the above, route management and optimization under constraint, container location, engine diagnostics and two-way communication with the drivers.

We continue to enjoy an extremely high level of customer satisfaction, as evidenced by close to 100% client retention rate.  The reliability and robustness of our system gives us the confidence to be time tested with our expanding customer base.

As an update to our previously announced protocol of understanding with a group of US and European companies for the roll-out of our RFID solutions, which involved substantial investments in manufacturing and distribution on their part and on their part only, the current disruptions in the financial markets have delayed full implementation of the project; however, in view of the synergies between our groups and the strong willingness to push forward, we have initiated an informal working agreement between us pending finalization.

We are pleased to announce that our unique ability to combine GPS tracking and positioning with short term radio frequency identification (RFID) has already attracted strong interest on the part of a group of US and European companies.

We have signed a protocol with that group of companies that includes two distributors in the US and in Europe, as well as other European companies and a manufacturing facility for the rollout of our solutions in European countries and in Scandinavia.

Targeted markets that are already in relationship with our new partners include private sector container identification and parcel tracking as well as government-sponsored waste management and security.
